The present prayer in the criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records the C.C.No.213/2013, on the file of Hon'ble FTC-II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, at Allikulam, Chennai-3 and withdraw the same from the file of Hon'ble FTC-II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, at Allikulam, Chennai-3 and transfer the same to the file of any one of Hon'ble FTC Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
