When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused in this case has filed Crl.O.P.No.18397 of 2019 for quashing the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2018, in which, the petitioner has impleaded himself, entered appearance and contested the same. 3.

However, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2018 was completed and charge sheet has been filed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.93 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Erode, for the offences under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 109 IPC.

In view of the aforesaid development, this criminal original petition is closed.
