Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits, Earned Leave and Gratuity and honour the already issued cheques for a sum of Rs.2,35,192/- and Rs.5,17,563/- totally sum of Rs.7,52,755/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Five only) along with 12% interest from the date of retirement till the date of realisation.
