This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 22/4/2016, passed by the first respondent in Lr.No.C.T.Ko.A1/1337/15 and consequently, direct the respondent to allot a LIG flat at Villivakkam under Special Project Division - I, TNHB, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, treating the petitioner as selected/eligible applicant in the lot conducted on 29/2/2016. 2.

Heard Mr.R.Balaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the Housing Board has allotted a flat, no orders need to be passed, at this stage. Page No:2/4

4. In such a view of the matter, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
