ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. Today, the defacto complainant was personally present before this Court and submitted the photo copy of his Driving Licence Card No.TN28Z20100000051 and after verification of the original card, the same was also recorded.

4. The defacto complainant has also filed an Compromise Memo, dated 06.03.2018 before this Court to the effect that she has no objection in quashing the F.I.R in Crime No.221 of 2015, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

5. In view of the above submissions made on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed.

6. The Compromise Memo, dated 06.03.2018 filed by the defacto complainant/N.Meenakchisundaram, is hereby recorded and shall form part of the order. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
