The respondent have not raised any serious objections for allowing these petitions to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant.

Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carry out suitable amendment in SA.No.1452 of 2002.

It is also represented by Mr.Baskaran, the learned counsel for the appellant in SA.No.405 of 2003 that the second appellant is reported to be dead and seeks time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second appellant.
