AR Assistant Tourist Officer Grade-II. However, he had not secured the requisite cut off mark of 240. The last candidate appointed secured 240 marks, whereas the appellant secured only 228 marks. That being the factum, the appellant has not established any acceptable ground for entertaining the present Writ Appeal.
