This Civil Revision Petition is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submits as per the order passed by the first Bench of the Court in W.A.No.11416 of 2026, dated 27.04.2026, the Civil Court is entitled to grant interim stay. To that effect he produced a copy of the same. However, it is seen that the first Bench has passed the Writ Appeal on 27.04.2026 which is subsequent to the order of this Court, dated 09.03.2026. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 09.03.2026 and it is clarified accordingly.

3. If the respondents still aggrieved by the order of this Court, dated 09.03.2026, they may challenge the same in accordance with law. 30-04-2026 vum To The II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.
