ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance in the petition pertains to the temporary suspension of the petitioner.

Several grounds as to jurisdiction and propriety have been taken on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The Election Commission says that a recommendation is being made immediately for the revocation of the order of suspension.

3. In the light of the submission on behalf of the Election Commission, nothing requires to be adjudicated and the Election Commission is requested to ensure that the revocation is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

immediate and not delayed. It is also made clear that the suspension will not count in the career records of the petitioner since no basis for such suspension, other than the smooth conduct of the election process, was indicated.

4. W.P.(MD) No.7527 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD) No.5692 of 2021 is closed.
