ORDER

Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, an enquiry was conducted and by following the procedures, the encroachers are evicted. To establish the same, the learned Additional Government Pleader has shown the photographs.

2. It at all any further encroachments are to be removed, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent authority by submitting a fresh application. However, this court does not find any willful disobedience and therefore, the contempt petition stands closed.
