WMP No.8556 of 2024 filed seeking permission to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee.

2. Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 19.07.2024 that reads as follows:

"Learned Government Advocate has produced a communication bearing Ref.No.91027/ME2/1/2023 dated 25.09.2023 to the effect that the petitioners may approach the Dean, Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai to collect the certificates since in this case admittedly, no posting order has been issued. 2.In view of the same, let the petitioners appear before the Dean, Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai on any day in the coming week at 12.00 noon without awaiting any further notice. They shall be granted audience and the certificates returned to them in terms of the averments in affidavit dated 19.07.2024. 3.List to record compliance on 30.07.2024 at the end of admission list."

3. Mr.Venkatesh, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.Lakshmanan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner states that the petitioner had appeared before the Dean and has received the certificates.

4. Recording this, as nothing further survives in this Writ Petition, the same is closed. No costs.
