This writ petition is filed directing the respondent to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground, based on petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2021 made to the respondent herein.
2. The learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3.The case of the petitioner is that his father worked as a Attendant in the Respondent/hospital and died on 24.05.2019. After the demise of petitioner's father who is the sole bread winner of the family, the family was in indigent circumstances, due to which the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent on 01.02.2021 to provide appointment on compassionate grounds. However, the same was not considered. Hence this petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to 2/5
consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's have not yet filed any documents such as Death certificate, Legal heirship certificate etc., He further contend after receiving the necessary documents they will consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to file all the relevant documents before the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receiving all the documents from the petitioner.
7. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. 3/5
No costs.
