ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.169 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the Trial Court passed a bail order on 01.02.2025, due to the aforesaid onerous condition that the petitioner is still languishing in jail and submitted that the said condition may be set aside.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner gained a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the transaction.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that the condition 5(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.102/2025 dated 01.02.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- is onerous and therefore, set aside. The other conditions imposed by the Trial Court remain unaltered.
