The learned counsel for the petitioners have filed the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition for Amendment of cause title.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants submits that the 3rd claimant one Duraisami has passed away, during the pendency of the claim and before delivering the Judgment by the Claims Tribunal and also filed memo to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and also in view of the memo filed. This petition is accordingly ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the same for admission.
