When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received all the terminal benefits as prayed for in the writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
