PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioners in the sanctioned posts of B.T. Assistant (Science), B.T. Assistant (Tamil), B.T. Assistant

(Science) and B.T. Assistant (History) respectively in the 4th respondent School based on the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent School dated 10.01.2019, 01.07.2019, 21.06.2019 and 19.03.2019 respectively with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the arrears of salary from the date of initial appointment on 01.06.2018, 01.07.2019, 03.06.2019 and 11.06.2018 respectively.

3.Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the third respondent to consider the proposals submitted by the fourth respondent School and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.These Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
