The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.
The petition is filed for return of property, pending further investigation. Subsequently, the investigation was registered and final report was filed. The case was taken on file as S.C.No.134/2015. The defacto complainant claiming ownership of gold jewels filed petition under Section 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C., for return of gold namely three sovereigns. The petition was dismissed on the ground that what was recovered from the accused is ingot, against which the revision is filed. 3.

respondent submitted that P.W.1 to P.W.5 have been examined and the case is posted for examination of I.O., and NBW is pending against the accused. The respondent-police shall execute the warrant and complete the case, within a period of eight weeks. 4.
