PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the III Respondent, State of Tamil Nadu, Rep. by Secretary (Home) to: (i) appoint a judicial commission into the conspiracy of murder of Bhuvaneshwaran and land grabbing; (ii) probe into the acts of various persons exposed by Bhuvaneshwaran; (iii)award compensation of Rs.1 crore to the Petitioner. For Petitioner : Mrs.Sudha Ramalingam For Respondents : Mr.C.Selvaraj Additional Government Pleader O R D E R The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the Police officials i.e. Kolathur Police Station, Chennai and Avadi Tank Factory Police Station, Chennai made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case was transferred to Special Court, Singaravelar Maaligai, Chennai, who in turn conducted investigation and a charge sheet has already been laid before the competent Court.
