msv 2.The death certificate produced by the appellant along with the present petition would indicate that the sole appellant is no more and the legal heir certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities, evidenced that the present petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Hence, this Court finds no impediment in allowing the petition.

3. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.6466 of 2022 is ordered, as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after two(2) weeks.
