2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 06.02.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.172 of 2016 for the offences u/s 147 and 379 IPC.
