This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.27 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, [Additional Mahila Court], Coimbatore.

After some arguments, when this Court is not inclined to allow this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
