ORDER

The above petition is filed challenging the following order passed in I.A.No. 310 of 2024 in O.S.No.330 of 2022:- In the result, this petition is allowed. Return Ex.A8 sale deed dated 08.02.2016 and Ex.A10 sale deed dated 07.02.2022 and the petitioner is directed to return the same after the purpose is over.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3.The petitioner is aggrieved by the order directing them to return the document after the purpose is over. The petitioner's contention is that these documents had been produced only to prove their solvency in the suit for recovery of money. Therefore, even without notice to the respondent, this Court has modified the order to the limited extent of stating that the documents will be produced by the petitioner/plaintiff as and when required by the Court.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is partly allowed.. No costs.
