Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records culminated in two proceedings of the fourth respondent in his Na.Ka.No.5417/A4/2011, dated 09.09.2015, granting approval for change of management and stopping direct payment, pursuant to proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.10620/G2/2015 dated 18.08.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 5 to continue the direct payment of salary to the petitionerSchool. The petitioner is a Old Students Association of Sree Maha Ganesa Vidyasala School.
2. Admittedly, the members of the petitioner-Association are the old students of the School, namely, Sree Maha Ganesa Vidyasala School.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner raised several allegations in respect of maladministration by the School Authorities and abuse of the School properties, which were allotted by the government for the purpose of running educational activities.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that certain portions of the property was donated by goodhearted persons and those properties are also abused by the School
Authorities/Management. However, this Court is of the considered opinion that the personal rights of the petitioner are not infringed or violated.

Admittedly, the petitioner is fighting for a general cause and more specifically for the welfare of the school administration and the students studying in the school. Thus, it is to be construed as a public cause and the petitioners are not personally aggrieved from and out of such allegations raised in school administration, 6.
This being the factum, the present writ petition is not entertainable and liberty is granted to the petitioner for filing appropriate petition in the manner known to law. 7.
With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
