ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to survey the land of the petitioner in Natham S.No.196/3 an extent of 162 1/2 Sq.Ft and 578 1/2 Sq.Ft (New Re- Survey No.289/ 15 patta no.24) in Gogaiyur Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District within the time framed by this Court by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.02.2024.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite fee has been paid by the petitioner for surveying his land and representation given by the petitioner on 29.02.2024, no survey has been done. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if necessary fee is paid, survey will be done as per law.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to conduct survey the land of the petitioner as per Rules within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
