ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No. 133 of 2010 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No. 133 of 2010, the second respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance by the trial Court in C.C. No. 315 of 2024 and it is pending for trial on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
