(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the possession notice dated 04.02.2019 issued by the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.The petitioner has got an alternative remedy which is both effective and efficacious before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal.

4.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned notice before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
