This petition has been filed by the petitioner to bring on record of the proposed appellants as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant viz., Mangayarkarasi and rank them as 1 to 4 in the above First Appeal in A.S.No.266 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as R1.

3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

4.This Court having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
