KM 2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied with. He has also filed the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent, in which it is stated that on receipt of another application from the petitioner, action was pursued and the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
