ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 08.01.2020 passed in W.P.No.23617 of 2019. 2.Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court on 15.11.2021, the respondents are present before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5 and Mrs.Hema Murali Krishnan, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the order

passed in the writ petition has been put to challenge in W.A.No.2848 of 2021 and the Hon'ble Division Bench by an order dated 29.11.2021, has granted an order of interim stay. The order was also produced before this Court.

4.In view of the above, this Court has to necessarily await for the final orders in the writ appeal and for the present, this contempt petition is closed. Depending upon the final result in writ appeal, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy.
