2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has filed HMOP No.3625 of 2016 seeking to dissolve the marriage with the respondent and the respondent has filed HMOP No.1335 of 2017 seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. The said HMOPs are pending before the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai more than a year. The respondent has not regularly appeared before the Court and the matters have been adjourned from time to time without filing counter affidavit. Therefore, the said Civil Revision Petitions filed before this Court.

3. By considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without expressing opinion or merits, this Court is inclined to direct the IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai to dispose the HMOP Nos.1335 & 3625 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of, with the above directions. No Costs.
