ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 13/12/2024 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.31137 of 2024 in Crime No.739 of 2024, condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on 13/12/2024 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.31137 of 2024 in Crime No.739 of 2024, condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, P-6 Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai.
