Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition of petitioner appearing before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.OP.4221/2021 order dated 03.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P.,Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4221 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) and 20 (b) (ii) (b) of NDPS Act, 1985 and 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.78 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
