ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to provisional assessment under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003, bearing the Electricity Service Connection No. 01-019-009398/1A to the petitioner's building at Door No.169, S.A.Colony, 3rd Street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 600 039 and quash the same and on payment of necessary restoration charges and to restore the electricity connection to the petitioner's premises.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
