ORDER

The subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition pertains to the impugned communication issued by the 2nd respondent dated 28.02.2013, wherein, the President of the Tamil Film Producers' Council was informed that pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no confidence motion that was passed in the Meeting, he can no longer function as the President of the Tamil Film Producers' Council.

2.Heard Mrs.R.Maheswari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The issue that is involved in this writ petition will no longer survive since subsequent elections have been held for the Tamil Film Producers' Council and the office bearers were also elected.

4.In view of the same, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
