This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 04.02.2022 to survey and mark the boundaries with police aid for the lands comprising in survey No.138/1 and 136/3 at Nallanahalli Village, Dharmapuri District, on merits.
2. In view of the common order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in the connected writ petitions viz., W.P.No.9675 of 2023 and W.P.Nos.6670, 12691 of 2022, direction as sought by the petitioner, cannot be issued and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
