Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent herein to forthwith refund the sum of Rs.2,40,000/- paid by the petitioner towards her fees after deducting the charges as stipulated by the 1st respondent vide Circular dated 17.12.2020 in No.F.1417/2020(CPP-II) within a time framed by this Court. O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to forthwith refund the sum of Rs.2,40,000/- paid by the petitioner towards her fees, after deducting the charges as stipulated by the 1st respondent vide Circular dated 17.12.2020 in No. F.1417/2020(CPP-II).

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs,2,39,000/- by way of cheque bearing No.336808 dated 12.04.2022, drawn on Induslnd Bank, Saveetha Dental College Branch, Velappanchavadi, Chennai - 77 towards fees already paid by her and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
