ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to his representation, dated 01.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was harassed by the 3rd respondent Police on the complaint lodged by one Jayasankar.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the complaint of the said Jayasankar was closed.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
