ORDER
The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents not to erect any road in the petitioner's private property situated at Tiruvannamalai District and Registration District, Kadaladi Sub Registration, Chengam Taluk, Alliyathal Village comprised in Survey no 22/7A2 measuring 0.15 cents in totally 0.17 cents.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that road is being laid in the petitioner's property and in one portion, he has given a way for common pathway. Further he would submit that Patta also stands in the name of the petitioner vide Patta No.397.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the representation dated 24.02.2025. was given to all the respondents and no action has been taken till date.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that today, the second respondent is conducting field inspection and the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 will be considered on merits, and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The second and third respondents are directed to consider the above representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025, after giving due notice to the petitioner and to the fifth respondent and after providing opportunity of personal hearing shall pass appropriate orders on merits, and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall an order of status quo till the representation of the petitioner is disposed of by the second and third respondents. With the above direction and observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
