This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 77 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case, against the order in Crl.MP.No.4537 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
