O R D E R
The above Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2015.
2. By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 08.05.2015 seeking for issuance of free patta.
4. Mr.RAS.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
