Appln.Nos.81 & 82 of 2023 in I.P.No.91 of 1998 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

Learned Official Assignee submits that he proposes to file a report before this Court which includes the prayer sought for in application Nos.81 & 82 of 2023 and also for a separate prayer of annulment of the order of adjudication passed by this Court, in lieu of application Nos.81 & 82 of 2023. Based on the said submission, learned Official Assignee seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

Accordingly, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as prayed for by the learned Official Assignee is granted.
