This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for not implementing the order dated 01.07.2015 passed in Crl.O.P.No.16085 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was called, Mr.P.Srinivasan, Inspector of Police, T-4, Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai -95 is present.

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 01.07.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16085 of 2015, has been complied with and that the respondent-Police have also registered an FIR in Cr.No.933 of 2015 on 05.10.2015 under Section 420 I.P.C.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
