This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal of names of respondents 6 to 8 from the revenue records and to reflect the correct extent of the property.

2. Heard Mr.M.Sounderrajan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

3. It is seen from records that the petitioner has given a detailed representation dated 17.12.2024 to the respondents. This representation has also been received by the third respondent. In view of the same, it will suffice to direct the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.12.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 6 to 8 and orders shall be passed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
