While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 05.02.2019, this Court directed the Subordinate Judge to dispose of the execution proceedings on or before 30.04.2019.

2. This Court has received a communication from Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in the above CRP. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by two months from today to comply with the order dated 05.02.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
