When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to send an e-mail to this effect to the Registry, which shall be kept it in the bundle. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
