This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 27.11.2023 allowed the above Tr.C.M.P.. However, the learned counsel would submit that in the cause title as well as in the prayer, inadvertently, it was wrongly typed as on the file of Family Court, Puducherry instead of on the file of Family Court, Karaikal, Pondicherry State. Hence, he filed this petition to amend the cause title, prayer of petition, also cause title of affidavit and para 4 of the order. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

4. Considering his submissions, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title, prayer of petition and cause title of affidavit as on the file of Family Court, Karaikal, Puducherry State and also in para 4 of the order copy in Tr.C.M.P. No.269 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 18.03.2024 rpp
