This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the respondent to provide strong escort to the petitioner's son Sukash Chandrasekar, who was confined in Central Prison from 29.04.2016. At this length of time, this Court cannot grant any direction as sought for by the petitioner.
This Writ Petition is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent, if the threat perspective continues. No costs.
