These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 594 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement petition, to set aside the abatement of the first respondent and to bring on record the respondents 8 to 11 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the above appeal and list the matter after four weeks.
