This Petition is filed seeking an order of ad interim injunction, restraining respondents 1 and 5 to 8, their men or agents from creating, any encumbrance over the properties which are the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.161 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, till the disposal of the appeal.
