ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.01.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries with respect to subject property .

2. Heard Mr.S.P.Vijay Nivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the third respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that patta to the subject property has been granted in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.1117, there shall be a direction to 2/5

respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.01.2025 and to conduct a survey based on the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and demarcate the boundaries. If there are any rival claimants, such survey can be conducted in their presence. If required, the third respondent shall provide police protection. This entire process shall be completed by the respondents 1 and 2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
